9:00-10:00: Introduction into crystallization of biomacromolecules (lecture)
10:00-11:00: Manual setting of crystallization experiments in various plate formats, crystallization seeding
11:00-12:00: Robotic crystallization – crystallization robot demonstration, using of commercial screens, robotic microseeding Lunch break
13:00-14:00: Getting most from your crystal screening images and beyond (lecture)
14:00-15:00: Crystallization hotel – automatic screening, evaluation of crystallization experiments
15:00-16:00: Crystal mounting in loops and vitrification in liquid nitrogen or nitrogen vapors
